A long time ago, in a hamper far, far away...
A lonely sock finds himself outside the hamper, and aware of his surroudings. He suddenly sees the world for what it truly is -- oppression for innocent hosiery! He vows that day to fight to the bitter end to save all of his people from oppression, and stop the forces of Chaos that have forced this upon his kind for so long...thus began....
(Cue stirring music that is simultaneously reminiscent of John Williams and at the same time utterly unlike anything that would get us sued...)
Decades later, the fight continues. New socks fight for their freedom, while millions of others toil ceaselessly in ignorance of the truth. One day, a savior will come and free them once and for all!
